What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to anyone who uses it. Read a page here and they apply to you. They cover the pages, the contact form and how the site can be used. They do not cover the sites at the other end of a link, and they do not cover client work.

Client engagements

An engagement with Oryven runs on its own written agreement. Anything about scope, price, ownership or confidentiality is settled there, not on this page. These terms do not change that agreement, add to it or stand in for it. If the two ever say different things, the agreement decides.

Nothing on this site creates an engagement. Reading a page does not, and neither does sending the contact form. A rough scope and a budget range are enough to start — neither is a commitment.

Using the site

The site is here to be read. Read it, save a page, print it or send a link to a colleague — none of that needs our permission. There is no account to create and no login. The contact form is for enquiries, not for selling to us.

Three things are out of bounds. Do not republish what is written here as your own. Do not present yourself as Oryven or as working with us. Do not interfere with the site, overload it or try to reach anything it does not publish.

The status of the content

Every page here is informational. It describes what Oryven does and how the work is organized. It is not an offer, not a proposal and not a quotation. Nothing on the site is advice for your situation.

We do not quote a number before the scope exists in writing. The budget ranges in the contact form are there to start a conversation — none of them is a price. The site changes as the work changes, so a page describes the position on the day you read it.

The Oryven name and this site

The name Oryven, the O/V mark and the writing, design and code made for this site belong to Oryven. The site is also built on open-source software and on typefaces made by other people. Those belong to whoever made them, not to us.

Reading, linking and quoting a short passage with attribution need no permission from us. Everything past that does. Using the name or the mark on your own material needs our written permission, and so does reusing the writing, the design or the code.

Links to other sites

A few links point away from this site. An email address is one. A social profile is another, where one is listed. We do not control what sits at the other end, and a link is not an endorsement. Follow one and you are on someone else’s terms, not ours.

Nothing on this site is embedded from elsewhere. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party script. The fonts, images and styles are served from this domain. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

What you send us

The contact form takes your name, your email address and your message. A company name is optional. A phone number is needed only when you ask to be reached by phone or WhatsApp. The rest is a few fixed choices about the project, and the language you are reading in.

What you send is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone for their own marketing. Send an outline rather than anything confidential. A web form is not the place for it.

The Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia gives you rights over your personal data. If you want to know what we still hold from an enquiry, or want it removed, write to info@oryven.net. There is no account here and nothing to log in to, so writing is the only way to ask.

Availability and errors

The site is published as it stands. We do not promise that it is always available, always current or free of error. Pages change, move and get withdrawn without notice. A page you read last month may not be here today.

If you act on something you read here without checking it with us first, that decision is yours. Loss that follows from relying on the site, or from not reaching it, is not something we take on. The same holds for what sits behind a link to another site. Saudi law sets the limits on what a page like this can exclude, and nothing here goes past them.

Changes to these terms

These terms change when the site changes or the law does. Changes are not announced. The version published here is the one that applies, from the day it appears. A change does not reach back over how you used the site before it.

Governing law

Oryven is a technology, development and innovation company in Saudi Arabia. These terms are governed by Saudi law. Any dispute about them, or about the use of this site, goes to the courts of Saudi Arabia.
